Long Term Acute Care
Long-term care services include daily care, including assistance with feedings and getting dressed. Your care team at Holy Family offers a much higher level of inpatient care, including:
- Chemotherapy and complex infusion therapy

- Individualized ventilator weaning (a nationally recognized LTACH program)
- Long-term wound care
- Rehabilitation services (physical, occupational, speech therapy)

Medicare benefits apply if you are transferred directly from an acute-care hospital or admitted to the long-term acute care hospital within 60 days of being discharged from an inpatient hospital.
