Long Term Acute Care

Long-term care services include daily care, including assistance with feedings and getting dressed. Your care team at Holy Family offers a much higher level of inpatient care, including:

  • Chemotherapy and complex infusion therapy
  • Hemodynamic monitoring
  • Individualized ventilator weaning (a nationally recognized LTACH program)
  • Long-term wound care
  • Rehabilitation services (physical, occupational, speech therapy)
  • Surgical, radiology, dialysis and laboratory services
  • Telemetry monitoring

Medicare benefits apply if you are transferred directly from an acute-care hospital or admitted to the long-term acute care hospital within 60 days of being discharged from an inpatient hospital.
