Holy Family Medical Center is a 178-bed and only long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) in Northwest Chicagoland, dedicated to caring for patients with complex medical conditions. We are proud to be the first LTACH in Illinois accredited by The Joint Commission for Disease-Specific Care in Respiratory Failure. Our experienced care team specializes in treating critically ill patients who require extended hospitalization, often transferred from other hospitals’ critical care units.
At Holy Family Medical Center, we provide comprehensive follow-up care with a dedicated team of skilled nurses and various specialists, including doctors, wound care experts, respiratory therapists, and physical and occupational therapists, all focused on supporting both the physical and emotional health of our patients.
